A few years ago, I wasn’t writing emails or coaching anyone—I was fighting for my life. Cancer and chemo cracked me open. Everything I thought I knew about success, identity, and control fell apart. But from that unraveling came something new: healing, clarity, and a deep calling to help others step into their truth—quirks, scars, and all

In my 40s, I was a broke artist on public assistance, trying to hold onto my creativity while everything around me felt like it was falling apart. I didn’t have a plan—I had a fire in my gut and a dream I couldn’t shake. I found refuge and strength in my weekly acting group, where I kept sharpening my craft and reclaiming my voice one scene at a time. I didn’t have a business plan—just a deep need to express myself and a refusal to give up.

Today, you can find me coaching bold, creative coaches, building a values-driven business that centers storytelling emails, connection, and strategy—with no algorithms, no performance masks, and no pretending.
